Many people have physical limitations, injuries, or health conditions that prevent them from engaging in certain types of exercise.
The app offers personalized workout plans tailored to the user's specific physical limitations.
The app offers educational content on exercise techniques and safety precautions through articles, videos and tutorials.
Some people do not know how to exercise effectively or safely, leading to uncertainty or fear of injury.
Not having encouragement or support from friends, family, or workout partners can make it harder to stay motivated.
Adding community features like forums or social networking that will allow the users to connect, share experiences, and offer support.

Obesity has almost tripled since 1975. Since then, in the 5–19 age group, obesity has risen from less than 1% to about 7%.
The less our muscles are used, the smaller and
weaker they become.
To accurately frame the problem, I conducted a survey involving individuals from various age groups and diverse everyday lifestyles. Here are some key insights:

can reverse the effects of a sedentary lifestyle.
39% of men, 40% of women are overweight
11% of men, 15% of women are obese.
An “ideal weight” is where a person is at their healthiest and fittest in terms of what they weight.
If you have been inactive, you may need to start slowly. You can keep adding more exercises gradually.

Therefore I decided to develop an app that would encourage more people to workout allowing them to do so with the flexibility to exercise anytime, anywhere, without the constraints of gym hours or travel time.
